    • Roles within a team (Belbin model)
    • Collective intelligence
    • Cooperation versus collaboration
    • Role play to strengthen group dynamics
  • Module 4 – Emotional intelligence and stress management (3h)
    • Recognising and managing your emotions
    • Understanding other people’s (empathy, listening)
    • Tools for handling stressful or conflictual situations
    • Breathing, grounding and visualisation techniques
  • Module 5 – Creativity and critical thinking (3h)
    • Building your capacity to propose new ideas
    • Creativity techniques (mind mapping, brainstorming, SCAMPER, and so on)
    • Critical thinking and decision making
    • Group problem solving
  • Module 6 – Leadership and proactivity (3h)
    • The difference between a manager and a leader
    • Situational leadership
    • Building positive influence
