A  Passenger Service Agent is part of an airline operational services, working at the passenger check-in counters at an airport, security at departure, boarding before take-off and arrival (disembarkation).

Passenger Service Agents carry out all check-in operations for passengers and their luggage and facilitates the formalities for connecting flights. If necessary, they assist Unaccompanied Minors, elderly or disabled people.

Duration:4 months

Internship provided by the center: 1 month (in a national and international airline company or an assistance company)

The Airline Station Agent works under the responsibility of the Airline Station Manager who supervises the team at the airport site.

The Station Agent becomes a multi-skilled agent knowledgeable of all airport trades. He or she has skills in check-in as well as in ramp safety techniques and flight document preparation.

The theoretical training lasts from 3 to 4 months, topped off with a practical training period of 01 months in an airline or in an assistance company.
