A ground handling agent is an airport professional who greets, assists, and informs passengers. Their main duties include checking in passengers and their luggage, verifying travel documents, managing unforeseen situations (delays, lost luggage), and guiding travelers. Fluency in English and an excellent presentation are often required for this position, which also demands strong interpersonal skills and responsiveness.

Prerequisites
- High School Diploma (Baccalauréat) level or higher
- Age 18 or older
- French/English
- Clean criminal record
